Our Story
Gluten Free by Victoria is a small home baking business specialising in Gluten Free cakes, brownies, cupcakes and more!
After my husband was diagnosed with Coeliac disease 3 years ago, we found it a bit tricky to be able to find places for him to eat and especially to get his beloved Old School Sponge cake.
After a lightbulb moment of "If we cant find it, lets make it!", the experimental baking days started and I adapted all of my existing baking knowledge in to Gluten Free baking.
Everything we make is Gluten Free making it easier for Coeliacs and anyone with a Gluten intolerance or sensitivity to enjoy without the worry!
